MLILO BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation and Payment : When booking your holiday direct with Mlilo Community Tours & Safaris or with your traveling agent please quote the tour number or your own specialized, intended date for arrival and departure, number that our arrangements are to your satisfaction and conscience.
A 50 % is required 4 weeks before intended departure at the time of booking with the balance to be settled 14 days prior to commencement of people travel in your party, sleeping arrangements and flight details if known. This will ensure of the tour. Mlilo Community Tours and Safaris will receipt your money thereby confirming our safari. If a reservation is made within 14 days of departure the entire amount must be made at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation: There is 50% of cancellation fee within 14-21 days and 100% charge within 48 hours. We reserve the right to deduct all expenses incurred from any money paid.

Alteration of tour : The right is reserved to alter any route or arrangement to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour should the conditions necessitate.

Transfer of booking : In the event you are are unable to travel due to extraordinary circumstances we may transfer your booking to another party provided the arrangements remain the same and if suppliers ( airlines, hotels, etc ) are all ready to accept the transfer.

Mode of payment : All prices are quoted in US dollars and Euros. You may pay by cash, PayPal or bank transfers to Mlilo Community Tours and Safaris.Payment by credit card may be accepted based on local currency at the current dollar or Euro buying rate. Tour Price : The prices quoted are inclusive of all transportation as per the itinerary, park entrance fees, permits where applicable and drivers allowances.

Traveling Insurance : You are advised to buy travel insurance through your agent before coming to Kenya, but local evacuation coverage is available in the unlikely event of a medical emergence while out in the bush.

Liability : All bookings are accepted on the specific conditions that of Mlilo tours & Safaris. And its agents act only as agents of passengers in all matters related to hotel/ lodge accommodations, tour, transport etc, and not liable for injury, delay, loss order damage in any manner whatsoever. Mlilo Community Tours & Safaris travel’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is governed by the respective laws of the country.

Complains / Refunds : If the client has a complain/refund query about any aspect of his/her holiday it should reported immediately to Mlilo Community Tours & Safaris. There will be no refund on unutilized services.
